We took part in the Paignton Carnival on Wednesday 26th July 2017.  We used the highly decorated "Lightning McQueen" fundraising car!

We attended the Torbay Armed Forces Day on Paignton Green on Saturday July 1st and also the Lions charity day on Babbacombe Downs on Sunday July 2nd. Our collection of ducks sold out!

The Darkey Fell Sword

The branch has retained the Darkey Fell sword for the fourth year in a row. This was for raising the most amount in the area for Wings Appeal between 2013 and 2016. There are 87 branches which make up the Wales, Midlands and South West area and Torquay came out on top again! It was first presented at the annual area conference in Cardiff in March 2014, Torquay in March 2015, Cheltenham in March 2016 and Torquay in March 2017.
